Excel macro for determining phage counts/mL. Green highlighted regions indicate areas where data from PSA is input. “Run(vol%)” data from all runs is inserted on the left, “PIDS(%)” from the data is input in I5, the peak means obtained from the statistics tab in the data file is input for the phage type tested, and the volume of sample added is input in mL format in cell I138. Counts are generated in the cells underneath the input peak mean values with the lowest count representing the counts/mL. (XLSX)
