Austria’s National Inventory Report 2024.

The National Inventory Report 2024 (NIR 2024) gives a detailed and comprehensive description of the trend and the methodologies applied in the Austrian air emissions inventory for the greenhouse gases carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, HFC, PFC, SF6 and NF3. With this report, Austria complies with its reporting obligations under the EU Governance Regulation No 2018/1999 by providing transparent and verifiable documentation. It contains emission data by sector for the years 1990 - 2022 as well as information on emission factors, activity data and other basic data for emission calculations. Moreover, the report provides documentation of the national inventory system and quality control and assurance activities as performed by the accredited Inspection Body for Emission Inventories (ISO/IEC 17020).《2024年国家排放清单报告（National Inventory Report 2024，简称NIR 2024）》详细且全面地阐述了奥地利针对二氧化碳、甲烷、一氧化二氮、氢氟碳化物（HFC）、全氟碳化物（PFC）、六氟化硫（SF6）及三氟化氮（NF3）这几类温室气体所编制的空气排放清单的变化趋势与所采用的编制方法学。通过提交透明且可核验的文档资料，奥地利得以履行《欧盟治理条例（EU Governance Regulation）》第2018/1999号项下规定的报告义务。本报告涵盖了1990年至2022年各行业的排放数据，同时包含排放因子、活动水平数据以及其他用于排放计算的基础数据信息。此外，本报告还对国家排放清单体系，以及获得ISO/IEC 17020认证的排放清单核查机构所开展的质量控制与质量保证活动进行了完整的文档记录。
