A novel cell population analysis to quantify both initial and long-term drug effects, namely pseudopod adaptation and recovery following an initial drug-induced perturbation, adding drug slowly in 1/4 increments over 90 minutes.本研究提出一种新型细胞群体分析方法，可通过检测药物诱导初始扰动后的伪足（pseudopod）适应性变化与恢复过程，量化药物的初始与长期效应；实验采用的给药方案为：在90分钟内以1/4剂量增量的方式缓慢施加药物。
