Based on geodata, this thesis analyses the potential for the expansion of electricity generation from photovoltaics, wind, hydropower, biomass and biomethane in 2030 and 2040. Objectives relating to nature, species and water protection are taken into account, but the nature conservation value of areas outside protected areas cannot be assessed using the method used. According to this evaluation, the theoretical and technical potential for the expansion of electricity production from photovoltaics and wind and for the production of biomethane is well above the current expansion targets under the Renewable Development Act. This expansion should be well reconciled with other protection objectives through proper planning and implementation as well as balancing burdens.
本论文基于地理数据,分析了2030年与2040年光伏发电(photovoltaics)、风力发电、水力发电、生物质能及生物甲烷(biomethane)的发电扩容潜力。本研究考量了自然、物种与水资源保护的相关目标,但采用的研究方法无法评估保护区外区域的自然保护价值。 评估结果显示,光伏发电、风力发电的发电扩容以及生物甲烷生产的理论与技术潜力,均远高于《可再生能源发展法案》下的现行扩容目标。 通过合理规划与实施,以及均衡各方负担,此类扩容应可与其他保护目标实现良好协调。
