The Regulation on the Rahlstedt 65 development plan of 5 March 1974 (HmbGVBl. P. 91) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Rahlstedt 65 Building Plan Regulation” is added to the Regulation.
2. In § 2, the following sentences are added:
‘Retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. The Baunut-zung Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
1974年3月5日发布的《拉尔斯泰特65号开发规划条例》（HmbGVBl. P. 91）修订内容如下：
1. 为本条例新增附件《〈拉尔斯泰特65号建筑规划条例〉修正案附件》。
2. 在第2条中增补下述内容：
"禁止设立除邮购机构以外的零售场所。
本条例所依据的《建筑使用条例》（Baunut-zung Ordinance）于1990年1月23日修订（BGBl. I p. 133），该条例最近一次修订于1993年4月22日（BGBl. I p. 466、479）。"
