A20 attenuate oxidized self-DNA mediated inflammasome activation in AKI [AA-DNA]

To seek out the target of restricting the exaggerated inflammation results from ox-self-DNA, we treated BMDMs with self-dsDNA from kidney of acute kidney injury mice model.
