Supplementary material for the SSCL publication 'A Cryo-CMOS Smart Temperature Sensor for the Ultrawide Temperature Range from 5 K to 296 K'. This academic project designed and calibrated a temperature sensor from room temperature down to 5K for multiple samples. A helium dewar and PD controlled resistive heater were used to control the temperature of the device under test. For each sample and temperature point, output analog voltage and digital bit stream were measured for multiple sensing elements. In post processing, data was reorganized so that there is a file for each sensing element that contains data for every temperature point and sensing element. The repository contains the data for each sensing element after such post- processing, as well as the cripts that generate the paper plots.Morever, it contains files used to generate the graphical figures (PowerPoint, EPS formats added, Illustrator and Inkscape files are included)
