Control Vulnerable Areas (Additional Control of Protected Areas)

Water bodies affected by nitrate pollution in accordance with Royal Decree 47/2022 of 18 January on the protection of waters against diffuse pollution from nitrates from agricultural sources are included in the operational control programme and take into account the specifications set out in the regulation declaring vulnerable zones as a protected zone. The stations or sampling points selected for this control are identified as a control programme for vulnerable zones.依据2022年1月18日发布的第47/2022号皇家法令（该法令旨在保护水体免受农业源硝酸盐类面源污染），受硝酸盐污染影响的水体已纳入本次运行管控方案，且需遵循将脆弱区域划定为保护区的相关法规所规定的技术规范。为本次管控选取的监测站点与采样点位，均属于脆弱区域管控方案的组成部分。
