Net cost of general leisure activities, divided by the total number of inhabitants 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to general activities in the leisure area, including support for leisure associations. Support for elderly and disabled organisations is reported under the Health and Care Unit. Sports and leisure facilities and recreation centres are specifically reported as own activities. Tourist activities and parks are reported under the activity block Infrastructure, protection, etc. It refers to all directing.一般休闲活动的净成本，按截至12月31日的居民总人数均摊计算。净成本指总支出减去总收入后的净额。本指标涵盖休闲领域的一般性活动，包括对休闲协会的扶持。针对老年与残障组织的扶持工作，归入卫生与护理板块（Health and Care Unit）进行统计报送。体育与休闲设施、娱乐中心则作为自有活动单独开展统计报送。旅游活动与公园归入"基础设施、保护等"活动大类进行统计。本指标涵盖所有统筹管理活动。
