Service Vouchers for Minors year 2017

Service vouchers are economic vouchers that can be spent by families, in order to contribute to the payment of fees and support the demand for qualified facilities and services, such as: Kindergarten, Spring Section, Micro Nursery, Early Childhood Ludic Center and Family Education Service for Children or Childhood Service at Home (Family Educator). Service vouchers are aimed at households, resident in Puglia, which meet the following requirements: - I.S.E.E. (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) not exceeding 40 thousand euros per year; - one or more minors between the ages of 0 and 17. The procedure for submitting applications is ‘over-the-counter’, with a deadline of 31 July 2017, without prejudice to the financial resources made available to the area of responsibility. The aforementioned procedure provides that the head of the family registers on the website www.sistema.puglia.it and the system generates a ‘family code’ which is sent by e-mail to his/her e-mail address and by SMS to the mobile phone number indicated. Subsequently, the head of the family, through the practical code, submits an application, uploads the requested information concerning the cohabiting family nucleus and chooses among the structures included in the Telematic Catalogue of the Offer, which insist on a certain Territorial Social Area regardless of the residence of the family nucleus. Within ten days of the date of validation of the application, deliver the required documentation to the chosen facility. The provider of the chosen facility uploads all the documentation on the online platform, in order to make it visible to the Lecce Social Territorial Area, which will carry out both the necessary preliminary checks and the amount of the voucher. Service vouchers may be used for each beneficiary for a cumulative period not exceeding 11 months.服务代金券（Service vouchers）是可供家庭使用的经济凭证，用于支付相关费用并支撑对合格设施与服务的需求，涵盖的服务类型包括：幼儿园、春季班、微型托儿所、幼儿游戏中心，以及儿童家庭教育服务或居家儿童照料服务（家庭教育师）。 服务代金券面向居住在普利亚（Puglia）大区的家庭，需同时满足以下条件： - 年等值经济状况指标（I.S.E.E., Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator）不超过4万欧元； - 拥有一名或多名年龄介于0至17岁之间的未成年子女。 申请流程采用临柜提交方式，截止日期为2017年7月31日，且本安排不影响为责任辖区划拨的财政资源。前述申请流程要求家庭户主登录网站www.sistema.puglia.it完成注册，系统将生成「家庭代码」，并通过电子邮件发送至户主预留邮箱、通过短信发送至其指定手机号码。随后，家庭户主可凭借该家庭代码提交申请，上传同居家庭成员的所需证明材料，并从「服务远程目录（Telematic Catalogue of the Offer）」涵盖的机构中进行选择——这些机构坐落于特定的领土社会辖区内，不受家庭住所所在辖区限制。在申请验证通过后的10个工作日内，申请人需向选定的机构提交所需证明材料。 选定机构的服务提供方需将所有证明材料上传至在线平台，以供莱切领土社会辖区（Lecce Social Territorial Area）查阅，该辖区将完成必要的初步审核并核定代金券发放金额。 每位受益人可使用服务代金券的累计时长不得超过11个月。
