Annual 30-meter Dataset for Glacial Lakes in High Mountain Asia from 2008 to 2017

High Mountain Asia glacial lake dataset is an important basic data for the study of climate change, water resources assessment and disaster risk analysis. The dataset (Hi-MAG) integrates Landsat and high-resolution satellite images from 2008 to 2017, using adaptive threshold method and manual digitization to provide a full-scale, annual sequence of glacial lake product with 30-meter resolution in High Mountain Asia. The attributed information was also appended, including glacial lake location, glacial lake type (four lake types), altitude, distance to the nearest glacier terminus, area, perimeter, etc.高亚洲（High Mountain Asia）冰湖数据集是开展气候变化研究、水资源评估与灾害风险分析的重要基础数据。本数据集（Hi-MAG）整合了2008年至2017年的陆地卫星（Landsat）及高分辨率卫星影像，采用自适应阈值法与人工数字化手段，生成了覆盖高亚洲全域、分辨率为30米的年度序列冰湖产品。数据集同时附带了冰湖属性信息，包括冰湖位置、冰湖类型（共4类）、海拔、距最近冰川末端的距离、面积、周长等。
