Through enterprise-scale n-hexane treatment, fossil energy consumption is reduced, carbon sequestration and carbon capture technologies are upgraded, energy consumption is lowered, and the process is clean and environmentally friendly without secondary pollution, achieving near-zero emissions and waste recycling. This dataset provides data support for converting carbon emissions based on n-hexane treatment volume for enterprises in the same industry. 1. Data Source: The data is collected from the daily inbound n-hexane and n-hexane treatment data of this enterprise. 2. Waste Treatment Volume-Related Index Coefficient: a=Y/X, where Y represents the tonnage after treatment, and X represents the inbound tonnage measurement. A univariate linear regression model is adopted, with Y as the target variable, X as the input feature, and a as the parameter to be learned by the model. Trained with previously collected data, the model yields a value of 0.98 for a, enabling Y to accurately reflect the actual impact of X as much as possible. 3. Enterprise Carbon Dioxide Emission Reduction Index Coefficient: a=Y/X, where Y represents the reduced carbon dioxide emission, and X represents the tonnage after treatment. This coefficient adopts a univariate linear regression model, with Y as the target variable, X as the input feature, and a as the parameter to be learned by the model. Trained with previously collected data, the model yields a value of 0.4 for a, enabling Y to accurately reflect the actual impact of X as much as possible. The formula for carbon dioxide emission reduction is: Carbon dioxide emission reduction = 0.4 × tonnage after treatment. 4. Through efficient treatment of hazardous wastes in the enterprise, fossil energy consumption is reduced, carbon sequestration and carbon capture technologies are upgraded, energy consumption is lowered, and carbon emission standards are met.
