PBMC scRNA-seq of canine aging (PRJCA039394)

Dog lives are very human-like, so they are perfect research subjects for aging studies. Through single-cell RNA sequencing and serum metabolome analysis of dogs aged 3, 6, and 12 years, this study has constructed a peripheral blood-based single-cell atlas and metabolic map of canine aging, identifying 9 cellular populations associated with aging and establishing cross-species aging biomarkers, including 9 markers specific to CD8+ T cell aging.
