RNA-sequence of LA-tolerant yeast mutant. Saccharomyces cerevisiae

We constructed LA-tolerant Saccharomyces cerevisiae by inducing large-scale mutations into the genome with CRISPR-Cas system. The RNA-sequence of the LA-tolerant mutant and the parent strain which were cultivated in the presence of 50 g/L LA was carried out to identify the mechanism behind the improved LA tolerance of the LA-tolerant mutant.
