Understanding gene expression upon the inflammatory response in the differentiated 3T3-L1

There is a strong correlation between fat biology and inflammatory responses. In this project, differentiated 3T3-L1 cell model was used as a fat producing model and the transcriptome changes upon the stimulation of inflammatory pathways were profiled using RNA-Seq experiments. As inflammatory stimulants, TNF-alpha or IL-1beta were used.
