Simulation of PbPb collisions at the LHC energies in data in Open Data Detector

The dataset contains simulation of Pb+Pb ions collision events at centere of mass of 5 TeV (LHC energies) per nucleon pair and the simulation of generic detector (ODD) response for that collisions. The evnets are generated at varying centralities, from peripheral when only a few particles are created to central when several tousands of them is produced. The dataset can be used to test algorithms reconstructing charged particle tracks from detector signals in envirnment expeced at HL-LHC. In the data file in CERN ROOT format the detector signal that are stored contain both truth information as well as simulated detector responses.
