Differential Transcriptional Landscapes in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells of HIV-Infected Patients and Healthy Controls

This project aims to characterize the transcriptional differences between HIV-1 infected patients and healthy individuals using RNA-sequencing. By comparing the whole-transcriptome profiles, we seek to identify differentially expressed genes and dysregulated molecular pathways associated with HIV-1 infection.
