Utah UREZ Phase 2 Zone Boundaries

This layer contains the Phase II zones created for Phase II of the Utah Renewable Energy Zones project. Phase II zone boundaries were developed to quantify renewable energy resources in Utah for a screening level renewable energy resource analysis. These boundaries are not intended to suggest that renewable resources inside a zone should be developed first, or that those areas outside of a zone either should not or cannot be developed.本图层包含为犹他州可再生能源区（Utah Renewable Energy Zones）项目第二阶段所设立的第二阶段区域。第二阶段区域的边界系为开展筛选级可再生能源资源分析、量化犹他州境内可再生能源资源而划定。此类边界并非意在表明区域内的可再生能源资源应优先开发，亦非暗示区域外的区域不应或无法进行开发。
