对象山各墨鱼产地及养殖户基本养殖条件、养殖技术、养殖品种等进行数据调研,用于评估预测象山在册各墨鱼养殖产量情况,便于针对产量告警的养殖户及时提供技术支持,确保出产墨鱼的质量和产量,并针对质量存在问题的养殖户进行提前告警,确保产出墨鱼的整体品质。1.数据采集:获取养殖场相关设备信息记录、品质检测报告和相关部门检验报告。把这些信息存储后用于计算 2.数据建模:对数据集进行清洗,包括去除异常数据、处理缺失值 3.算法规则:根据往年产量评估获得产量评估基数a;根据饵料丰富度、维生素、抗病药物加权平均后获得饲料投放因素W;根据根据水域综合评估,1表示好,0表示不好,获得水域因素Z;根据墨鱼品种获取墨鱼品种S;根据是否进行了定期消毒,0表示是,1表示否,获得定期消毒情况G;根据是否发生了影响养殖的天气灾害,0表示是,1表示否,获得天气灾害发生情况D;根据墨鱼生长期获得墨鱼生长期T;根据养殖人员是否接受养殖技术培训,1表示是,0表示否,获取养殖技术培训J2;根据是否对养殖结构进行的调整,1表示是,0表示否,获取养殖结构调整J3。将收集到的数据通过加权平均发进行计算Y= a x (1xWxZxS-0.2G-0.3D)xTxJ2xJ3x100,通过分数对于产量进行分析预测:高产:80-100分;中产: 60-79分;低产:<60分。
This dataset conducts data research on the basic breeding conditions, breeding technologies, and breeding varieties of each cuttlefish production area and breeder in Xiangshan. It is used to evaluate and predict the cuttlefish breeding output of all registered cuttlefish breeders in Xiangshan, so as to provide timely technical support for breeders with output alarms, ensure the quality and output of the produced cuttlefish, and issue early warnings to breeders with quality problems to guarantee the overall quality of the harvested cuttlefish.
1. Data Collection: Acquire the equipment information records, quality inspection reports and inspection reports from relevant departments of the breeding farms. Store this information for subsequent calculation.
2. Data Modeling: Clean the dataset, including removing abnormal data and handling missing values.
3. Algorithm Rules: Obtain the output evaluation base a based on the previous year's output assessment; obtain the feed input factor W through the weighted average of bait richness, vitamins and disease-resistant drugs; obtain the water environment factor Z based on the comprehensive water area assessment, where 1 represents good and 0 represents bad; obtain the cuttlefish variety factor S based on the specific cuttlefish variety; obtain the regular disinfection status G based on whether regular disinfection is carried out, where 0 represents yes and 1 represents no; obtain the weather disaster occurrence status D based on whether weather disasters affecting breeding have occurred, where 0 represents yes and 1 represents no; obtain the cuttlefish growth period T based on the growth stage of the cuttlefish; obtain the breeding technical training status J2 based on whether the breeding personnel have received breeding technical training, where 1 represents yes and 0 represents no; obtain the breeding structure adjustment status J3 based on whether the breeding structure has been adjusted, where 1 represents yes and 0 represents no. Calculate the output score Y using the collected data via the weighted average method with the formula: Y = a × (1×W×Z×S - 0.2G - 0.3D) × T × J2 × J3 × 100. Analyze and predict the output level based on the score: High yield: 80-100 points; Medium yield: 60-79 points; Low yield: <60 points.
