This article analyzes the instrumental effectiveness of Colombian law in protecting victims of gender-based violence in Chocó, Colombia, highlighting the structural, cultural, and intersectional barriers that limit its impact. It explores the potential and ethical challenges of integrating artificial intelligence into criminal justice processes, and provides evidence-based policy proposals for a more humane, efficient, and victim-centered legal system. El artículo examina la eficacia instrumental del derecho colombiano frente a la violencia de género en Chocó, resaltando las barreras estructurales, culturales e interseccionales. Se exploran los desafíos éticos y prácticos de la inteligencia artificial en la justicia penal y se proponen políticas públicas centradas en la víctima.本文分析了哥伦比亚法律在保护哥伦比亚乔科省基于性别的暴力受害者方面的工具性效能，凸显了制约其发挥作用的结构性、文化性及交叉性障碍。本文探讨了将人工智能（Artificial Intelligence）融入刑事司法流程的潜在价值与伦理挑战，并提出了面向更具人文关怀、高效且以受害者为中心的司法体系的循证政策建议。 本文考察了哥伦比亚法律针对乔科省基于性别的暴力的实施效能，着重指出了结构性、文化性及交叉性障碍。本文探讨了人工智能在刑事司法领域面临的伦理与实践挑战，并提出了以受害者为中心的公共政策建议。
