Dataset and extended materials for "The Effects of Innovation Ambidexterity, Regulatory Pressure, and Resource Orchestration Capability on Organizational Agility: Evidence from Indonesian Hospitals"

This repository contains the anonymized underlying dataset and extended materials supporting the F1000Research manuscript entitled “The Effects of Innovation Ambidexterity, Regulatory Pressure, and Resource Orchestration Capability on Organizational Agility: Evidence from Indonesian Hospitals”. The underlying dataset includes anonymized respondent-level survey data from 81 hospital directors or authorized top executives in Indonesia. The dataset contains item-level responses for innovation ambidexterity, regulatory pressure, resource orchestration capability, and organizational agility, along with anonymized demographic variables, retained measurement indicators, variable codebook, and data-protection notes. Participant recruitment and data collection were conducted from 1 March 2026 to 13 May 2026, after ethical approval had been obtained on 25 February 2026. Direct identifiers, including respondent names, email addresses, hospital names, and institution-specific identifiers, were removed before public deposition to protect respondent and organizational confidentiality. Small regional categories were collapsed into broader open-data categories to reduce potential re-identification risk. The repository also includes the survey instrument, indicator coding, participant information and electronic written consent material, methodological transparency checklist, research model figure, and full SmartPLS 4 path diagram.
