This study aims to study the impact of Mindfulness based cognitive activities for COVID 19 rehabilitation (Mi.Core)- anosmia, ageusia, concentration and mood. Method: Post-test with control quasi-experimental research design was adopted for the present study. COVID-19 patients (N= 142) in the age range of 18+ to 45 years pan India who had completed 25 days from first identified symptoms were recruited using an author constructed self-reporting checklist for COVID- 19 after effects. Results: The mean age of the participants was 32.99 years constituting 54.9% males and 45.1% females. It was found that majority of the participants in experimental group receiving Mi.Core reported full recovery from loss of smell (46.0%), loss of taste (56.9%), improved concentration (55.5%) and improved mood (61.9%) as compared to control group where majority reported slight improvement in loss of smell (58.2%), loss of taste (46.0%), improved concentration (49.4%) and improved mood (60.8%). Conclusion and Implication: Psychological interventions like Mi.Core can help in expediting recuperation and rehabilitation post COVID-19. It can further help in reducing the country's health burden.
