Wessex Water Home Check Customer Leak Fixes

Our Home Check visits are available to customers who would like support in saving water in their home. When customers book a visit and our technician detects a leak may be present, we will arrange for the leak to be found and fixed, where possible. By reducing water usage for our customers, we can help them save money on their bills, protect the environment and preserve our water resources. This data is obtained from the records our plumbers keep when visiting a property. They collect information about their visit, whether the suspected leak was found, whether it was fixed and how much water was saved as a result of the repair. The results are grouped by local area (Lower Super Output Area – LSOA) to protect privacy. The LSOA groupings are population weighted areas provided by the Office for National Statistics for geo-anonymisation.
