DAPAGLIFLOZIN AS PART OF COMBINATION THERAPY IN COPD COMORBID WITH HEART FAILURE: EFFECTS ON PULMONARY, CARDIAC, RENAL AND ENDOTHELIAL FUNCTION

SGLT2 inhibitors (iSGLT2) have demonstrated cardioprotective and nephroprotective benefits in heart failure (HF) and chronic kidney disease, but evidence in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) comorbid with HF is limited.
