LiKM (KrasG12D mutation and Mdm2 loss in the liver) accelerated liver carcinogenesis in mice compared with LiK (KrasG12D mutation in the liver) mice. This study was aimed to clarify mRNA expression profile to elucidate the mechanism of accelerated liver carcinogenesis in LiKM mice. Total RNA was collected from the liver of LiK and LiKM mice at 6 weeks of age.
