This dataset was compiled by the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou during the management of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in pregnancy from 2017 to 2025. The dataset covers comprehensive information including: demographic data of pregnant women (gravidity, parity, age, height, baseline weight, pre-pregnancy BMI), maternal pregnancy weight changes and delivery information (pre-delivery weight, gestational weight gain, exact gestational weeks at delivery, last menstrual period, delivery date), neonatal information (birth weight, sex, 1-minute, 5-minute and 10-minute Apgar scores), and laboratory test results (measurements of serum triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, blood glucose, albumin, hemoglobin, total protein, thyroid-stimulating hormone, free thyroxine, free triiodothyronine, postprandial blood glucose, etc., collected in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy). The dataset has been de-identified and standardized, serving as a critical data foundation for training artificial intelligence algorithms and models. It supports applications such as gestational diabetes mellitus risk prediction, monitoring of gestational blood glucose and metabolic abnormalities, development of individualized intervention plans, and auxiliary clinical decision-making. Additionally, it can support scientific research, teaching, real-world studies, and optimization of pregnancy health management, promoting the application of intelligent pregnancy management and precision medicine.
