To investigate the early changes in the hippocampus following noise-induced hearing loss, the gene expression profile of the hippocampus was evaluated using microarray analyses immediately after exposure to intense noise stimuli. rats were divided into control and noise groups. Immediately after the 3 days of noise exposure, hippocampi were used for microarray analysis.
