We propose to perform a set of observations designed to cover the skyregions not probed INTEGRAL so far. This survey is aimed at obtaininga representative sample of local AGN selected by X-ray flux atenergies above 20 keV and will be several times more sensitive thanthe previous all-sky hard X-ray survey performed with HEAO-1A4. Strong constraints on the number density and luminosity functionof local AGN including those heavily obscured and thus undetectablebelow 20 keV will be obtained. [truncated!
