The generator of a public utility easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, by regulation, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land.The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.公共事业地役权（public utility easement）的生成实体，是一类地理实体，其性质或功能会通过法律法规对周边土地的使用方式施加约束。该生成实体的场地灭失或遭到损毁，并不会导致与之相关的地役权随之消灭。唯有主管当局出台新的废止或撤销法令，方可从法律层面消除涉事地役权的法律效力。
