RNA-seq analysis of colonic intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) isolated from naive wild-type C57BL/6 mice, DSS-treated wild-type C57BL/6 mice, Il10-/- C57BL/6 mice and Il10-/- C57BL/6 mice with IEC-specific Rabgef1 deletion

The aim of this study is to compare the transcriptomic profile of colonic intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) at steady-state, and in several models of colitis: in naive wild-type C57BL/6 mice, in wild-type C57BL/6 mice treated for 7 days with 3% dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) in drinking water, in Il10-/- C57BL/6 mice and Il10-/- C57BL/6 mice with IEC-specific Rabgef1 deletion. Colonic IECs were isolated and FACS-sorted, then subjected to bulk RNA-seq.本研究旨在比较稳态条件下及多种结肠炎模型中结肠肠上皮细胞（intestinal epithelial cells, IECs）的转录组学特征，所涉及的模型包括：未经处理的野生型C57BL/6小鼠；饮用含3%葡聚糖硫酸钠（dextran sodium sulfate, DSS）的饮水、经7天造模处理的野生型C57BL/6小鼠；Il10-/- C57BL/6小鼠；以及肠上皮细胞特异性敲除Rabgef1的Il10-/- C57BL/6小鼠。本研究分离结肠肠上皮细胞并经荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）纯化，随后开展批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）。
