针对现有废铅膏含氟、氯体系湿法制备精铅工艺存在流程长、试剂腐蚀性强且易挥发,造成难以工业化应用等问题,通过废铅膏无氟氯高效选择性浸出、阳极抑制铅氧化、旋转电极连续电积精铅、电积尾液高效净化及循环等技术开发,阐明含铅组分定向转化机制及杂质元素累积与分步脱除规律,形成旋转电极连续电积精铅新技术、研制旋转电极电积核心装备、构建废铅膏短流程无氟氯清洁高效浸出-电积精铅技术新体系、建立短流程废铅膏清洁高效浸出-电积精铅万吨级工程示范,研究废铅膏湿法电积精铅绿色技术装备。包括原始检测数据、原始图像采集、目标标注数据等的记录。数据量约118MB。

Aiming at the issues including lengthy process, highly corrosive and volatile reagents, and consequent difficulty in industrial application of existing hydrometallurgical processes for producing pure lead from waste lead paste using fluoride and chloride-containing systems, this study conducted technological development through approaches such as fluoride/chloride-free efficient selective leaching of waste lead paste, anode-based inhibition of lead oxidation, continuous electrowinning of pure lead with rotating electrode, and high-efficiency purification and circulation of electrowinning tail liquid. The directional transformation mechanism of lead-containing components and the rules of accumulation and stepwise removal of impurity elements were clarified during the research. Meanwhile, new continuous electrowinning technology for pure lead with rotating electrode was developed, core equipment for rotating electrode electrowinning was manufactured, a new short-process, fluoride/chloride-free, clean and efficient leaching-electrowinning technical system for producing pure lead from waste lead paste was established, a 10,000-ton-level engineering demonstration project for short-process clean and efficient leaching-electrowinning of waste lead paste to produce pure lead was built, and green technical equipment for hydrometallurgical electrowinning of pure lead from waste lead paste was investigated. This dataset includes records such as original detection data, original image acquisition, and target annotation data, with a total size of approximately 118 MB.
