EuroFIR

EuroFIR（欧洲食品信息资源网络）是一个欧洲食品成分数据库网络。该项目于2005年在欧盟委员会资助下建立，汇集了来自25个欧洲国家的46所大学、研究机构和中小企业。EuroFIR通过FoodEXplorer平台整合了澳大利亚、奥地利、比利时、加拿大、法国、德国、意大利、日本、英国、美国等40多个国家的官方食品成分数据库，提供标准化的食品营养成分数据。EuroFIR (European Food Information Resource Network) is a network of European food composition databases. This project was established in 2005 with funding from the European Commission, bringing together 46 universities, research institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises from 25 European countries. EuroFIR integrates official food composition databases from over 40 countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States and others via the FoodEXplorer platform, providing standardized food nutritional composition data.
