"对福建省红十字会下属的志愿者参与活动报名由支队长进行审核，填写审核理由。支队长审核通过之后，志愿者为报名成功。报名人类别：报名的志愿者分为俩个类别，为临时志愿者和志愿者类别。进度顺序以及进度信息会在支队长的审核界面进行展示。实际数据产生周期为一个月左右。"

Volunteers of the Red Cross Society of Fujian Province who apply for activities must have their applications reviewed by the detachment leader, who shall provide the review reasons. A volunteer's registration will be deemed successful upon approval of their application by the detachment leader. Registration categories: Applicant volunteers are divided into two groups: temporary volunteers and regular volunteers. The progress sequence and specific progress information will be displayed on the detachment leader's review interface. The actual data generation cycle lasts approximately one month.
