Yu Kangjie focused on the research of integrated control systems for terahertz 3D tomography imagers, and selected the ZMC306X series controller as the main control unit. This system supports motion control for up to 12 axes, communicates via Ethernet ports, and adopts targeted protocol optimizations to ensure real-time execution of motion control tasks. Each host computer can simultaneously connect to up to 256 control cards. The dataset mainly records grating ruler signals.
