Effect of high glucose on gene expression alteration in ARPE-19 cells

To investigate the overall gene expression pattern and explore potential drug targets of diabetic retinopathy, we used high glucose media to treat the main endothelial cells in retina, ARPE-19 cells, and then performed the gene expression profiling analysis containing mRNA and LncRNA information. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of mRNA-seq and LncRNA seq data for ARPE-19 cells at normal and high glucose media for 72 h.
