Transcriptome analysis of STS to delayed petal abscission in rose

This study was based on the analysis of the effect of STS on the mechanism of the petal abscission process in rose, and a comparative analysis of transcriptome data from different treatments (Untreated, MOCK, STS, ETH, STS+ETH) was performed
