Biosafety assessment of engineered CCL20 locked dimers in vivo

Single cell RNA sequencing data of 4 spleens from 6-week old male C57/BL6 mice treated with vehicle PBS and 4 spleens from mice treated with 200ug CCL20LD every other day by intraperitoneal injection for 21 days. Barcodes, features, and matrix files provided for each sample, as well as a final .RDS Seurat object of all integrated samples annotated ("subclustered_b_cells.RDS").
