The Pseduomonas plecoglossicida strain XSDHY-P was in our lab isolated from spleen of diseased large yellow croaker, and was tested to be particularly virulent toward several fish species. To facilitate studies into P. plecoglossicida pathogenesis and the host responses, the complete genome sequence of strain XSDHY-P was determined.
