DP Residential Overlay (OpenData)

This entity describes residential zones operative when Plan Change 14 was notified (17 March 2023) that fall within medium and high residential density zones. The overlays seek to retain development rights that had been operative in response to the High Court decision on Waikanae, meaning applicants can choose to apply this instead of the underlying zone controls.
