Diatom responses to the extreme 2015/2016 El Niño in a changing Northern Antarctic Peninsula: phytoplankton chemotaxonomic dataset

This dataset contains the results of phytoplankton chemotaxonomic groups derived from the HPLC/CHEMTAX analysis. The data were collected during the late spring and mid-late summer (November, January and February, respectively) of 2015/2016 along the Northern Antarctic Peninsula. This dataset includes an additional content in respect to diatom biomass, collected between 2008-2017 during the late summer (February) along the Northern Antarctic Peninsula.本数据集包含经高效液相色谱/化学分类法（HPLC/CHEMTAX）分析所得的浮游植物化学分类群结果。相关数据采集于2015/2016年晚春及夏中晚期（分别对应11月、1月与2月）的南极半岛北部海域。此外，本数据集还额外涵盖2008年至2017年间于南极半岛北部海域晚夏（2月）采集的硅藻生物量相关数据。
