Non-existent structures in nature

In the Cadastre Information System, the Service registers the sign “the construction of the cadastral survey in the area has not been detected” [in two cases] (https://likumi.lv/ta/id/247207#p152):

* if the surveyor, when carrying out the land cadastral survey, finds that the construction in the area registered in the Cadastre Information System does not exist
* if the cadastral survey specialist of structures has prepared information on the absence of the building during the cadastral survey of the structure.

In order for the public to have access to up-to-date information on structures that do not exist in the area, the State Land Service once a quarter (on 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November of the current year) compiles data on structures for which the sign “the construction of the cadastral survey in the locality has not been detected” is registered in the Cadastre Information System and publishes them on the Open Data Portal of Latvia.

在地籍信息系统（Cadastre Information System）中，国家土地服务局（State Land Service）会登记"本区域未检测到地籍调查涉及的建（构）筑物"这一标识，具体包含以下两种情形（https://likumi.lv/ta/id/247207#p152）：
* 地籍调查人员开展土地地籍调查时，发现地籍信息系统中登记的该区域建（构）筑物实际不存在；
* 建（构）筑物地籍调查专员在开展建（构）筑物地籍调查过程中，出具了该建（构）筑物不存在的相关调查材料。

为便于公众获取区域内实际不存在的建（构）筑物的最新信息，国家土地服务局每季度（即每年2月1日、5月1日、8月1日及11月1日）会汇总地籍信息系统中登记有"本区域未检测到地籍调查涉及的建（构）筑物"标识的建（构）筑物数据，并将其发布至拉脱维亚开放数据门户（Open Data Portal of Latvia）。
