XPlanung dataset BPL “(014/17) Railway underpass South, Amendment 1”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “(014/17) Railway underpass South, Amendment 1” of the city of Lörrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan is based on Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixings on the type and extent of the structural use, the convertible plots and the local traffic flasks. The validity of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan.
