Supplementary files for: Morphological variation in Vitis vinifera seeds in response to different environmental conditions between the collections of IMIDRA and INIAV

Contents: 1) R script for automated J index calculation. 2) Supplementary Table S1: The morphometric dataset used for the preliminary screening based on the J index with six models comprised 6664 seeds from 324 populations representing 268 Vitis vinifera cultivars (Supplementary Table S1). For each seed, the dataset included the cultivar name (Var), population identifier (Pobl), vineyard/site (Site), individual seed number (Number), and the normalized elliptic Fourier descriptors corresponding to the first eight harmonics (A₁–A₈, B₁–B₈, C₁–C₈ and D₁–D₈). These Fourier coefficients formed the numerical basis for subsequent seed-outline reconstructions, J index calculations and curvature analyses. 3) Excel files with results of the similarity/divergence Chi Square test applied to cultivars with populations at both IMIDRA and INIAV or collected at IMIDRA within different years (2 files) 4) Results of J index analysis (Visual)- (6 files) 5) Results of J index analysis for all seeds
