Employee engagement (HME) dental care – Motivation index

HME stands for Sustainable employee engagement and measures both the level of employee engagement and the ability of managers and the organisation to take advantage of and create engagement. The HME index consists of nine questions that together form a total index for Sustainable Employee Engagement and three sub-indexes; Motivation, Leadership and Governance. Subindex Motivation consists of the three questions My work feels meaningful, I learn new and develop in my daily work, I look forward to going to work.. The questions are answered on a scale 1-5 where 1 is very bad and 5 is very correct. The results are then converted into an index with a scale of 0-100. The result for the Motivation Index is an average of the index value of the three questions. A high value indicates a high level of employee motivation. It refers to own direction. Data is available according to gender breakdown.本数据集为一项发展关键指标，详细问答信息可查阅kolada.se平台。本激励指数为基于牙科护理领域员工调研结果生成的员工激励指数。HME即可持续员工敬业度（Sustainable Employee Engagement），该指标可同时衡量员工敬业度水平，以及管理者与组织营造、激活敬业氛围的能力。HME指数共包含九项调研问题，可构建出可持续员工敬业度总指数，以及动机、领导力与治理三个子指数。其中动机子指数包含以下三项问题：「我的工作富有意义」「我能在日常工作中学习新知识并获得成长」「我期待上班」。受访者需通过1-5分的量表作答，其中1分代表「非常不符合」，5分代表「完全符合」。调研结果随后将被转换为0-100区间的指数分值。激励指数的最终得分为三项问题对应指数分值的平均值。分值越高，代表员工动机水平越高。该指标聚焦员工自身的动机表现。数据集支持按性别维度进行数据拆分。
