新型自连接复合材料多尺度损伤本构模型数据
传统飞机壁板用复材主要为热力学性能非常稳定的热固性复合材料,其所特有的共价键交联网络结构,限制了复材飞机壁板制造方式、成型、成性、回收性能等工艺窗口,使得复材飞机壁板结构无法三维一体化成型、制造装备复杂、损伤难以修复、无法回收再利用等。本项目通过开发兼具热塑性易加工和热固性高强度特性的新型树脂,突破传统热固性复材三维结构一体化制造的技术瓶颈,以原理上的突破带动相应的成型理论、制造工艺和结构强度评价
