Analysis of the Influence of User Acceptance Factors on the Effectiveness of the Public Complaint Application (JAKI) in Jakarta

This dataset contains research questionnaire responses regarding the analysis of factors influencing user acceptance and the effectiveness of the public complaint application (JAKI) in Jakarta. It includes respondents' demographic information (gender, age, and place of residence) and responses to Likert-scale statements measuring variables within the UTAUT model, such as Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), Behavioral Intention (BI), and Use Behavior (UB). These data serve as the basis for statistical analysis to identify the factors influencing the acceptance and usage effectiveness of the JAKI application.
