Homo sapiens Targeted Locus (Loci)

This project provides next-generation sequencing (NGS) data generated using the PRIDE NGS assay, a method designed to improve the detection of rare DNA variants. PRIDE NGS enhances adapter ligation efficiency and removes adapter dimers using CRISPR-Cas9, thereby increasing sensitivity for low-frequency mutation detection. The dataset includes targeted sequencing of cfDNA reference standards and clinical samples, enabling validation of assay performance in comparison with existing commercial kits.
