Multiomics lymphocytes single-cell assay on normal human versus immunodeficiency patients

Single-cell multi-omics is a powerful method for dissection and detection of complicated immunologic functions and synapses. However, the majority of currently available technologies merged datasets of different omics from separate portions of the same sample to generate combined multi-omics which is a source of bias mainly in the field of immunology on cells originated from pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells with high flexibility during maturation and individual characteristics of cells.
