D'Ario_et_al_2021_RBR1-GFP_images

This dataset contains image stacks of Arabidopsis shoot apical meristems expressing the RBR1-GFP reporter. The images have been segmented in three dimensions; cell volumes, position in the meristem and expression level of the reporter gene have been measured. The metadata, landmark coordinates and measurement tables are included in the dataset. Details of plant material, imaging methods and processing steps are described in the associated manuscript.
