Analysis of transcriptomic responses of genotoxic and non-genotoxic stress in human lymphoblastoid TK6 cells

Purpose: Toxicogenomics analyses may provide information about DNA-damaging properties of test compounds but are not routinely used for identification of a genotoxic potential. In this study, p53 wild type TK6 cells were exposed to six food-relevant genotoxic and four non-genotoxic compounds to elucidate genotoxic mechanism. Method: Transcriptomic responses were analyzed using RNA sequencing technology Examination with a total of 31 samples, thereof 4 control samples and 27 samples in 9 treatment groups in triplicates
